Hi, I'm enjoying fresh Toshiba TG01. I have two questions.
 1. How do I mute the music to be heard louder? We set the maximum, but still not hear.
2. phone is slightly curved? So it seems.

1. "Mute" will turn all sounds off. You can change the volume both in the media player (+ and - buttons) and the main volume of the device (buttons on the side of the device). I don't know if you can make that any louder though Sad
2. Mine is perfectly flat...I haven't heard of curved devices... Might need returning?
