Germany O2 version

Can Toshiba tg01 of Germany O2 version be upgraded to WM6.5 by install TG01WP_WM6.5-Orange-UK.zip?
If so, will the "new" tg01 display in English?

As far as I know: no.
You can only update your toshiba with the same operator and country code of the Toshiba you have. If you bought your TG01 without an operator you will not be able to update your phone.
